Just wondering if you find this as a red flag before choosing Homebuilder in a development.
There is one house that was started in a development back in late spring, early summer. Poured foundation, framed, sheated, roof shingles are on and it has Tyvek wrap. It’s almost 3 months now and this is how the house sits with a pile of garbage in front that includes water bottles, 2x4s and scrap wood.
No activity other than a few mysterious trucks that pull in and leave. Otherwise, nothing is being done.
Is it because of lack of workers? Scheduling? Home inspectors ?

It’s usually about money, or lack there of.
