Is that your dryer hose diverting the leader water or has it been there for a while?

Excellence is its own reward!
Walter,
10 years or longer. I am also amazed HOs do not maintain or even look at their property.
I looked at a house last week in the Historic district of ColGa. Facia, frieze, raised panel soffit and brackets are shot. Not as bad as what you show, but all need replaced. The home I looked at has 4' between the adjoining houses. The HO's decided to get another bid when I explained/quoted the custom staging.
Will you bid the carpentry as well as well?
Chuck S
Chuck,
Yes, this is a great little project for a one man operation. Start by installing new valleys and sections of apron so I can gain some slates.
Then move down and rebuild the eaves.
One 18' tower is all the staging required for this work. Half a mile towards downtown from the gutter reline job.
Walter
I'm glad you are fixing it and someone will pay for it, I saw some guys yesterday prying the modillions off an old house so that they could get the vinyl up easier. Turning a house with style into a box is what passes for improvements around here.
You contractors are all alike.
Just looking for some reason to run up bill.
Nothing wrong there. Just stick up a piece of plywood with some liquid nails.
A little caulk and paint and it will be good.

A-holes. Hey every group has to have one. And I have been elected to be the one. I should make that my tagline.
Like the old TV commercial said about some motor oil " you can pay me now -- or really pay me later "
Getting a deposit check on Monday so that I can order the required millwork.
Looking forward to making this eyesore look new again !
Is that an old downspout in the corner, where did that feed from?
The drier vent hose is a nice touch too.
Looks like a fall through the roof job if you're not careful where you step?

Walt, You should show everyone the rest of the damage to the building from postponing this repair job. Andrew
Andrew,
Once I get set up I'll take more pictures of what this leak did to the windows and trim on that whole wall.
Dump trailer will be emptied Mon.
We can start on the back though since we can't reach the trailer from there anyway.
