bought a rehab and discovered some idiot took out a section of the original kitchen wall (outer) to extend the room but then failed to add a header (no kidding) any way the 2nd story wall and roof are now down about 4″ so I have to jack them up – my question is how “fast” and what do I use as a guideline for the “speed”??
