Is this wall built up with mortar and rock? If so I'd think you could hide conduit in it. I'd use PVC...less prone to corrosion.
Yes but it can crak if you have movement.
True pvc wont corrode. But it can crack if you have movement in the wall.
Conduit and boxes can...
be installed as the wall is built with relative ease. Just have to be sure to use concrete tight fittings.

I have no idea, unless from the other side.

No idea either. Jackhammer I suppose, but that's going to make a huge mess.
I would think about alternatives...like ground burial and receps sticking up out of the ground.

As I read the OP's question, granted, the post is not long on details: Wall is completed / existing, now wants to run invisible conduit through it - a retrofit.
I wish him good luck, but do not have much hope of a favorable outcome.
You are now talking about ground burial, I'm not so sure this is an exterior wall.

Stone wall on house wall? exterior retaining wall? what is the stone fastened to? Concrete block? Solid concrete, Woodframe construction?
Inside deco wall?
Lighting? Electrical wire extension?
