how much open cell for ceiling?
I am finishing a non- vented cathedral ceiling in Nashville Tennessee and using open cell spray foam. The local contractors are saying to use only 6″ in the roof that would be around r-21. Is that enfough?

Upgrading the footings and columns that support a girder beam is an opportunity to level out the floor above.
