I am using [these](https://www.menards.com/main/hardware/fasteners-connectors/construction-hardware/column-post-bases-caps/mitek-reg-4-x-6-triple-zinc-2-sided-post-anchor/pa46e-tz/p-1444445516725-c-8825.htm?searchTermToProduct=2271751) pier/footing to post brackets to attach my deck posts to my footings.
My footings are plumb but not completely level. When I put my posts into the brackets and go to plumb them, how “not flat” can they sit on the bracket when making them plumb and not have to worry?
I am aware I can use an angle grinder to grind the concrete level but I don’t know how close to level I would even need to grind it for this to be within a “plumb-able range”.
Thanks!

Get some nonshrink grout to install the mounting brackets level. The nonshrink grout acts as a pad/ filler that you set the bracket in, level, while it's wet. When it dries, it does not shrink (hence the name) and your bracket will remain level.
