I am going to have to take up the tile floor in my master bath suite this spring, and I’ve never used an sds impact tool. I found a Milwaukee reconditioned that has 2.0 ft pounds impact with the sds bit format. Is that powerful enough to bust up a tile floor? I have only done floors manually, but would like to use this as an excuse to buy another tool!!! (Now there is an honest guy!!). Is this too small/weak, or would it be acceptable? any thoughts from those of you who have used these before?

very cool. I had trouble finding the chisels last week...didn't know what to call them or how to look for them, (way too obvious for me!). finally figured it out. This is a nice list of things to ask for ...for birthday, anniversary, Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, etc......

Demoing tile is a snap with just about any hammer drill. I'm always surprised at how my Bosch Bulldog with the chisel in it cuts through things.
Popping tile off is usually pretty easy.
