How much space for plumbing under floor?

I will be building on consolidated solid stone (20′ thick). Walk out one side; next floor at grade on other side. We are setting the foundation directly on the stone and pining to the stone.
We will be adding compacted fill on top of the stone inside the foundation and pouring slab over that. This is to allow space for under floor plumbing runs and not have to dig into the stone.
My question. How much space do I need to allow for plumbing between top of slab and top of rock?

Depends on how long the run is, what size the pipe is, and what slope you need to put on the pipe. If you had a 20' run of 4" pipe, for example, you'd need:
4" for the slab
4 1/2" for the pipe
5" for the pipe slope (at 1/4" per foot)
X" for pipe bedding- this will vary by area, but likely 4-6"
This also doesn't account for any extra distance from the top of slab to the top of pipe that may be required for any fitting height.
