how to hang a Sektion Suspension Rail?

I am trying to finish up the laundry room. We wanted lots of deep storage, so we are hanging four Ikea top cabinet for fridges that are all 36x24x20. Two by two, stacked on top of each other. Each stack will have two doors that are 40in tall.
After hanging the two Ikea Sektion Suspension Rail’s, the middle of the top rail was a fraction of a inch shorter than the two ends. Once the cabnets where up, they did not line up correctly. My friend and I did notice that the wall did bow a little. So I am assuming that is why the change in height of the middle of the rail.
Now I need to figure out how to identify the low spots on the wall and mount the rails so they are the exact same distance from the wall. Any suggestions on how I do that?

How about a piece of string?
A straight edge.
Or the cabs might be a bit wonkus.
The doors should have some adjustment to the hinges, play with that so they look right when closed and don't open them with no it all friends in the room.
