How to insulate a steel sided shed
I am planning on building a steel sided shed with 7/16 OSB on the interior. I plan on putting radiant floor heat in the slab and blown in insulation in the attic. Does anyone have any suggestions on what the best way to insulate the walls are in this type of structure. I plan on the walls being 2*4 construction on top of a 6 foot cement wall (2 foot above grade).

Hi, welcome to BT.
Radiant tube in-slab heating makes me think this is going to be a pretty fancy shed. But you don't say how big this shed is, or how cold your climate is. That has a lot to do with what would work best for you.
If the shed is large, and it gets real cold where you are (hint: fill in your profile) it might be worthwhile to get a truck out there to spray it with urethane foam. But that's expensive, and there's usually a minimum charge so it's not practical for a small building.
Since you're doing blow-in in the attic (you don't say what kind), why not put the same stuff in the walls?
On the other hand, if the building is fairly small, you can use rigid foam boards in the 2x4's; there are many types now, including some new 'green' types such as Polyiso. You could use standard glass fibre batts, too, if you don't need mega insulation because your climate is mild. The advantage of these two methods is you can do it yourself with no special equipment. For the two-foot exposed portion of your foundation wall, you are either looking at rigid foam board or urethane.
