Can anybody out there give me instructions to attaching a picture. I’ve looked and looked on the site for instructions but can’t find them.

Prescriptive codes don't address the connection at less common angles, so base the connection off more typical ones using bolts, structural screws, blocking, and steel tension ties.

Click on the attach files button below the message box. Guide the resulting window to the pics on your HD. Make certain that the window is set to show all files or you may not be able to see your pic files. Click on the pic you want to post. Then hit the upload button. Now wait and wait.................until the window advises you that the pic has been uploaded. If you have more than one pic to post, repeat the process. When you are done uploading, click done. This will return you to the original posting window and you then have to hit the post button there.
Edit: Forgot to mention. Usually advisable/necessary to edit those pic files prior to posting so that the size isn't outrageous for those on dial-up. 72 or 96 dpi and total file size of around 100 Kb or less is nice for most stuff.
Knowledge is power, but only if applied in a timely fashion.

Try clicking on "My Forums" and "My Preferences".
Scroll down a couple of pages and see if you're in "advanced mode" or "Basic mode".

Thanks Boss-
