There have been a number of threads which discussed this, so a search should turn up something useful. Some of the options include gluing multiple layers of plywood before nailing the flooring, and installing a floating floor. It's not recommended to directly glue solid wood flooring be/c the RFH temps will cause a lot of movement and gaps in the flooring. I've directly glued bamboo, which is laminated and so has a bit more stability, and it's survived the first heating season thus far without a problem.
*Is the gypcrete floor already installed or are you planning this project?? If you're in the planning stage, you can use sleepers spaced at whatever the nailing requirements are for your hardwood flooring. The gypcrete (or lightweight concrete) is poured between the sleepers.
*Eddie, Here's a little ditty that may help you out..it even has pictures:http://www.jlconline.com/jlc/archive/energy/radiant_sept99/page3.html
