How to subtotal in Quickbooks Pro 2002?

I prefer to give detailed estimates, but some of my customers ask for them summarized only.
How can I get QBPro 2002 to give me a summary of Job Supplies, Labour and taxes that I can put into a letter, after writing a detailed estimate for myself?
