how to take down a vinyl porch ceiling?

OK, I’m a homeowner, and I love doing building projects … I just don’t get paid for them 😉
We live in a cape with a front porch. The porch ceiling is vinyl and looks like beadboard. It’s rimmed around the perimeter with some sort of trim pieces (see attached pics).
I want to see about insulating the kneewalls and floors in the second floor bedrooms, so I think the best way to access these spaces is through the porch ceiling.
So my question is: how do I take it down? I can’t tell … thanks for any help!

Easier to do than to explain.
Go to one end or the other (longitudinally along the bead) and get a small pry bar up between the j channel (the trim piece) and the last piece of beaded vinyl soffit.
Gently yank down on the vinyl soffit and it should pop out. then you need to attempt to unsnap it from the next piece and get it loose and out without damaging the soffit or the j channel. That should expose the nails on the 2nd piece.
Hopefully the builder did not put plywood up on the porch roof ceiling prior to installation unless old home and it was installed over an old ceiling that you will have to cut out.
hope that helps
