I’m building a screened in porch. I’ve got the framing portion of the project figured out. My question is, how do I connect the two roofs (waterproofing) at the valleys?
ps- The new roof is gabled, connecting to the existing gabled roof to form a T.

You have to remove the existing shingles back 3-4 feet from center of valley and then do it anew just like a new roof
