How to trim out windows and doors when installing metal siding

Hi,

Will be installing some metal siding, similar to what is pictured, on a house.  Have no idea how to trim out the windows and doors so that they achieve this clean look with the j-mold/header stock.

Unable to find any videos or any other info on how this is done.  Is this done by hand, or with a chop saw?  Looks like rivets are also used, and that they have a caulk joint between the window and the j-mold/header stock.
