Hydrogen peroxide IS a bleach... it's just not nearly as nasty as chlorine bleach.
drew,
Just an FWIW, The stuff you buy for cuts is 4% HP, 96% water. You can buy it as a pool shock (for people who don't use chlorine) @ 50%/solution for ~$20/gallon.
Jon
Agricultural HP is also stronger and cheaper
used for clenaing wounds on horses and stuff
Drew
Hydrogen peroxide is H2O2, which means two parts hydrogen and 2 parts oxygen. Bleach contains Sodium Hypochlorite (containing chlorine) dissolved in water. Either one is a biocide depending on the situation.
If you have mildew suggest you determine the cause first. Ventilate and remove humid air
