I am restoring a 100 year old I-house in east-central Arkansas. Does anyone know of any internet sites with information on these houses, especially the styles of the interiors.

Hi Dave,
I would try Old House Chronicle website at http://www.ece.nwu.edu/ohc/
Besides lots of other useful info there, you will find directions for subscribing to the Old House List, an internet mailing list for people who are into old houses. It is the single most valuable restoration resource I've found to date.Really diverse set of very knowledgable and polite folks from just about everywhere.
Have fun
