I been looking at the shop slab since May. I had a good month due to Xmas bonus and plant shutdown overtime, so I ordered my shop friday. Its a commerical metal bldg 24x 30 10 feet eaves. Delivered $4500. I won’t get it till first of Jan due to Xmas shutdown.
