Ice dam buildup at the bottom end of a skylight. Pretty massive, maybe 10 inches thick. Clustered all around the bottom curb. How would you deal with it?

If it's not leaking, I'd ignore it.
If it ain't broken, don't fix it.
Excellence is its own reward!
1. take a pair of panty hose
2. fill one leg with rock salt
3. toss it up (tie a stout cord on it to retrieve it if you miss) so that one end is on top of the dam.. the salt will eat a drain path through the dam and slowly melt the dam...
