IL lic fitters, CSST code for gas?

Any licensed plumber/fitters in the near Chgo ‘burbs know if CSST is code allowed for gas lines in residential homes?  Don’t want to start calling in plumbers for estimates and waste their time (and mine) if it’s not code allowed.  Looking to snake to new appliances w/o tearing apart walls in 100+ y/o home.
