anyone had any experience with improvenet? need good gc for 300 – 400 thou
addition – remodel.

    I have had much experience with improvenet and found many billing errors, as well as many leads sent out with their created "budgets" about 1/2 the amount of my hard cost. this being said, many of their customers naver responded after three of my phone calls. In short I hope it goes well but my experience was horrible to say the least.
