I’m bidding a project that calls for Hot Water Radiant Heat; tubing with poured gyp-crete with tile. I have never had this done before, and the client wants a price right away. My plumber can’t get me a price fast enough, so I need a CYA formula. It includes a new 120,000 BTU boiler, 600 sq. ft. of flooring, and four zones. Anyone got a ballpark?

My plumber would bid me about $12000.
Easy enough. Where do you live, in case I need to adjust for location?

Way upstate NY, and that won't include doing the gypcrete part. He would say, "the contractor does that."
You doing the tile? I paid something like $3/sf for 1.5" of gypcrete installed. For under the tile I also bought anti-fracture membrane for something like 1/sf if I recall. Gotta use it even though it's a pain.
