I have to sell this building as soon as possible. The reason I am selling it so cheap is that I need to move it off of my parents lot. They are planning for new construction in the area sometime this summer. This building is great. In recent years I had the place drywalled, electric added, a closet for a furnace (furnace was removed), building has two extra rooms in the back (one I used for an office and the other I used for a dressing room when I had my store) Part of the floor is carpet (75%) and the other part is hard-wood which I refinished (25%) This place is special. I did alot of extra stuff to make it nice for a clothing store I had at the time. If you look at the photos you can see that the building is off of the ground already (on wood stilts) so it is easier to move. The price of moving out of state is high so I recommend that only in state (Indiana) or close to Indiana residents bid. I put alot of hard work into this place so it is a great deal and a great building for someone to use for any purpose their heart desires. I want to keep it for an art studio but I have no room at my new house. Please email with questions or offers.

Would have been more tempting if it hadn't been finished. Unfinished, you might have been able to disassemble it and load into a truck.
LOL, the dude's hemp store went out of business! Hemp business on your parents property...I'm sure there's a joke in there somewhere.

Way too much money for what it is and then there's the labor for removal, transport and re-erection someplace,
Those are more like $1000 units IMHO.
be a humble opinion but they would be fun to play with
