Lead article in the Sunday Oregonian was about the increased cost of “a slice of Pizza” due to cost of materials, transportation & general inflation @ work. Price of a slice has gone up 9% in last few months. These same factors are going to hit building trade pretty quickly. How are you preparing for increased costs coming? What contract language will protect you from spike in material, insurance, transportation etc.?

i overheard something about the price of steel, or the amount of steel, or something. i dont really know what they were talking about, i wasnt really listening. point of the story is they were saying that "soon", its gonna be really hard to get nails, because of something about steel ... i wish i had more details, but i wasnt really paying attention
