Install Kozy Kollar roof vent from below

I’m considering this roof vent flashing kit that’s installed from inside attic that relies on compression and sealant rather than a flange that tucks under shingles.  It’s a new roof but cold and snow make ladder work too risky. It’s pricey at $100+ but maybe well worth it.

With attic access, I could inspect it annually for leaks.
