I did put the caveat in my post that one can have a masonry fireplace IF built by a member of one of the certified organizations to a certified plan, at least in WA. e.g certified - read add $1000+ to the construction cost?
You need to put a masonry wood burning oven in the bedroom. There appears to be no shortage of wood fired pizza joints in
Oregon. Maybe you can just call it an oven.
