insulate basement cinderblock wall

I have removed the flooring down to the joists in my corner bedroom. looking between the basement studed wall and the existing cinderblock wall there is a 5″ gap that is not insulated. How can I insulate this space without disturbing the drywall in the basement. My basement is a rental. I can access the space from above easily. thanx for any advise….

    Well, you could pour in cellulose or chopped fiberglass, or you could slide in rigid foam panels.  But the devil is in the details.
