I have a home built with the above (Blue Maxx and Code Blue+ (Rub-R-Wall)). I am currently having leaks sprouting up all over the place (a new one each month). Has anyone heard of any incompatibility between the above two products ? Specifically the solvant in the spray on coating disolving/eating away at the styrofoam which causes it to unbind
from the wall ?

Scott,
My masonry supplier has told me that Rub-R-Wall is involved in an alarming number of law suits. I would check with their product first. Check with your ICF supplier for compatability issues of their product.

Blue Maxx recommends using membrane type waterproofing. Anything else is called damp-proofing. There are one or two approved liquid products. You'll have to contact AAB to ask about yours. I believe that leaks are nearly always the result of bad backfill and foundation drainage installation and that the so-called waterproofing is a secondary line of defense, anyway.
