insulating a home with plaster inside/ fiber cement siding outside

We wan’t to insulate our home that has plaster walls inside and fiber cement siding on the outside. Is there any way to do this without tearing down all the walls inside? I don’t think that the holes drilled into the siding would work on this siding. I think the siding would break when someone tried to drill the holes.

Holes can be drilled from either side and cellulose blown in. Or, if the siding will stand it, remove a couple of pieces (one high and one low) and blow in cells.
Spray Foam possible solution
My home is similar, with brick on the outside and plaster walls on the inside. I used a low expanding spray foam made by Tiger Foam. It worked really well and now the bedroom that used to the coldest in the winter and the hottest in the summer, is always the perfect temperature.
