Hi. Building house in northern Ohio with crawl space. 16 inch walls with concrete floor. Will be conditioned space. Will have propane furnace and water heater in space. What is needed for code compliant insulation of walls as well as in rim joist areas? FYI rim joists that run parallel to floor joists will be almost inaccessible once deck is on. Only 1.5 inch of opening for access there. I am willing to put up stud walls with rolled insulation and vapor barrier down there but have no idea if that would be compliant. Any insight is appreciated
