Insulation question

I am insulating my 10’X20′ gambrel shed and am wondering if this would work for me here in central oregon high desert.

    I would not put the AWB (15 # felt) in an insulation sandwich, but rather on the top of 4" of foam. I would also run the purlins vertically so penetrating water has a means to get out of the roof system.
