I’m desperate! I am looking for a short flange round casing for interior plaster. It looks like a square flange casing but obviously it is rounded off like a bullnose. I can’t find it anywhere in Colorado Springs or Denver. I am in the middle of a job on a house built in 1947 and I’m really need this material in order to finish. HELP!

are you talking about plaster molding? Cut yourself a knife and make some to match.

No, it is an edge trim that goes up to a door jamb.
Make it. How much you need? Hell, I've made stuff like that with hand tools if I don't need that much.
Router bits a plenty out there. Send a drawing.
A lot of the time you can buy some moulding and change it to get what you want.
That way you don't have to make it from scratch.
