I have to install some stairs with a handrail soon...sure wish I knew some tricks or neat inventions to make that job go easier...

I saw a stairbuilder with a neat upside down drill press that had a registration lug in the base that was in line with the drill bit. Set the lug in the stair tread baluster hole and drilled the railings. Pretty neat.
the Mapei stuff is pretty good ....
long enough pot time to work ...
sets quick enough to grout.

i did
