I am curious to know if anyone has found a good Stain/Sealer for IPE decking. I have tried several and am disappointed with the results. They just don’t hold up over time.

It really depends on the exposure to sun, how long the treatment will last. In full sun in massachusetts, the penofin needs to be reapplied each spring. I doubt you'll find anything better than that. It applies quickly, so one day each spring isn't much time to spend for the look and the protection.
