Is it a concrete grinder,polisher or burnisher ?

Hello,

we are building a high insulation, high thermal mass (300 tons concrete inside the insulation) MVHR house in the UK. We are aiming for polished concrete on the ground floor. Having just had a quote of over £65 per sq.yd. to polish only, I saw a concrete grinder/burnisher on E-bay, and bought it. I cannot find any information about it, can anyone help?
