Is it a good idea to upgrade my table saw into Bosch GTS 1031?
I was looking at the price of this review https://www.toolazine.com/best-table-saw-for-any-budget-top-rated-under-200-300-400-500-600-and-1000-dollars-contractor-portable-jobsite-benchtop-reviews/
and was thinking that the Bosch GTS1031 table saw is a good upgrade. Has anyone owned Bosch and would you recommend it?

Depends on what you are upgrading from.
Bosch? I’ve had Bosch drivers, planers, grinders, jigsaws as well as the original 4000 job site saw for many years and been satisfied with them and they’ve made me money, while costing me little more than the original purchase price.
The disclaimer is that I’m old and have been working with these tools for a long, long time. All were purchased at a small, local tool distributor. None from a box store.
Your mileage may vary.
I have a Bosch 4100. Great saw. If I were you I'd seriously consider how you're going to move the GTS1031. It weighs 52 lbs. By the time you add a stand to it, you might as well upgrade to a Bosch that includes one.
There are many good saws. If you are looking to upgrade, I wouldn’t buy anything other than a sawstop. While indispensable, the table saw is a barbaric, dangerous tool that has claimed many fingers and hands. In addition to the safety features, sawstop also makes excellent machines. I’ve upgraded three shops to sawstop. I haven’t had experience with their contractor saw but would certainly suggest you look at it if you can :)
Dito for the sawstop. its also easy to move by yourself
