I’ve jacked and raised a few buildings over the years but never one with a stucco exterior. It’s a detached 1 1/2 car garage that will hopefully become a shop. Can it be lifted without cracking the stucco?

Not a builder or expert but having jacked and moved four stuccoed buildings over many years (two "bunkhouses" and two grainaries, all wood framed) I can attest that, even with the most careful handling, stucco willl crack some.
On the other hand, it is easy to repair, especially if you kept some of the old tinted last coat material.
