Where are the best websites to find a job? I am looking at superintendent, director of construction, operation manager, physical plant manager, estimator type jobs that pay well. I live in west Canada. I would like to think I could handle one of these job descriptions. I was hoping to make a salary of about 75 thousand.

Try monster.com, or hotjobs.com. I don't know how their coverage is for other parts of the country, but here in NJ they usually have a decent number of postings.
You do realize that the jobs you listed which you "think you could handle" are all very different in their requirements/skill sets, right? The $75k salary sounds about right for some of them, low for others, and high for some.

Bob,
No offense but I think monster.com stinks! I had a resume posted up there for over a year and applied to over 200 jobs through them for project managers, materials sales reps, etc. and got ONE call! I know its not me (doesn't that sound arrogant) as I eventually found a position with no help from monster.
I hate to really badmouth them as its not their service but more the "convenience" of their service. I spoke to someone whose business posts jobs on monster and they said they average 500-750 applications submitted for each position! Its so easy to point, click and apply that folks will submit a resume even if they are remotely interested or qualify.
With those kind of numbers, its no wonder I didn't get replies.
Good luck in your search Ace!
Mike
