joist hanger 4 rough-dimensioned lumber?

Anyone know where I can get joist hangers for rough-dimensioned lumber? I have an old house. The joists measure a true 2″ x 8″ rough cut. I’ve looked online and can’t find any one who sells true 2″ wide joist hangers. There must be a specialty market out there?
thanks,
joe

I've used corner brackets on both sides, usually the longest ones that will fit You could also get a double joist hanger (3 inch wide) and shim one side of the joist.
I've seen joist hangers that were for doubled up joists. If you only need a few you could buy those and block out the space left around your 2".
It might be faster to just buy those.
LVL joiist hangers, they are a little tight but they are the closest you are going to get.

I seem to recall a GC I worked for ordering hangers for dimensional lumber from Simpson (who else?) via our lumberyard. I could be mistaken though. To be honest, I'd probably just go for the suggestion of using the double hangers made for nominal sized lumber and packing out the remaining space... it'll more than likely be quicker, cheaper, and easier in the long and short run.
Simpson makes hangers for 2" joists.

Simpson makes them and the three yards I do business with carry them. Nothing specialty about them
