just finished this job it only overran by 6 weeks, not bad for a 2 week job.
lots of extras, the joys of 400 year old houses.
i found the door for the bathroom at a reclamation yard it fits the house really well, and its got the right sign on the front.

Speakin of roofin..hired 4 Muchacho's yesterday..they tore off and papered in 11 sq. of hell..then stocked the roof with 35 bundles of Cedar..
getthis..they carried em up 2 at a time..man these guys rocked..
now I can do cedar breather and nail on..no more messin with the tear off..whew.
even paying them (outta my per sq. cost) I'm making decent dough for my labor..just keep having to spend it on suprises..the microwave died, needed my smoke alarms NOW.., cars breakin down..that kinda shid.
yeah, you can have a still in yer crib, make sure the exhaust fan is working REAL good tho'..they make a lot of steam and smoke..but yer used to a lot of smoke..LOL
Don't use a car raadiator for a condenser tho' it'll poison the shine..copper coils bro'. Don't feed the mash to livestock either..another thread there man..too funny..don't want this hijack going to far

When I lived in the Virgina foothills they told me one reason besides taxes that shinin' was such a nasty crime was because the bad leggers used old oil drums......whewwww.
Everytime I bend some copper for the roof I think of what to do witht left over rolls......hmmmm
And the helicopters at night with spotlights down at the woods lookin' for smoke where there were no houses....
Still up on the roof....we past the 40 sq mark yesterday.
Try roofing in a large cricket area....looks way cool there...too bad no one can see it.
