After a roof leak following a large snow and ice event this January, and the subsequent mold remediation, I am in need of a roofer with an eye toward proper flashing, especially at side wall interfaces. The roofline in question is quite complex, having pan flashing, kickout flashing and step flashing. I’ve watched some webinars on proper techniques here and on Green Building Advisor, but the local companies I’ve spoken with don’t match up with what is being recommended. Does anyone know of a roofing company in my area I could speak to?
