Since numerous people chipped in on this thread, I thought I’d show Karl and everyone else interested a sneak peak. Keep in mind the shingles are laying flat and not layed out accurately.

greencu are you doing those bell tower roofs we saw
if so keep us blessed w/ pictures thanks John
That is gonna look awesome. What that tower truly deserves.
Near the cruise ship docks in Quebec there's an entrance station at the base of a almost verticle trolley taking people up and down the cliffs to the Hotel Frontaintac (sp?). This base station has a roof laid out in bright copper shingles like your pattern. Simply stunning. Tourists would stare at that roof instead of the beautiful scenery unfolding as they go up.
Take some pictures of this project so's Taunton can run a how-to in FHB.
It's gonna be nice.
Grant,
Nice work on the shingles. I am really looking forward to installing them.
It looks like a lot of cutting and bending on your part. I really appreciate all the time and energy you are putting into them
Sorry I didn't respond sooner but I didn't even realize you had posted them until just now.

I tried to attach that picture to the email I sent the other day, but I couldn't get it to work. I'll keep you posted on the progress.
That is going to look awesome. So properly attached, that is going to make a 100 year roof?
