A few years ago I built this knotty pine hutch with some different style doors than you normally see. I made those little triangle accent pieces with the radial kerf marks for the doors and continued this theme on the wall panels as well.
NOTE: I am going to be very reluctant to start any more threads. I know there are a lot of interesting projects not being posted in the Gallery. I feel I am wearing out my welcome. I am about to hit the mute button. 🙂

*Stan,The volume is okay with me...
*Please keep the great work coming. Without people like youself, Armin, Pro-deck, Piffin, and some others this site would die. I used to look at the site a couple of years back and it wasn't very good. Just started lurking again around november and alot of the workmanship shown is -- as I said before-- awe-inspiring..I'm especially intrigued with your circular stairs, can't wait for some more of your current stair!!!I've got to learn to post my pics as bookmarks and then I'll post more of my entertainment center pic. Start staining this week.BG
*Brian: I know there are many much more talented people who are keeping their projects discreet. I post lots of pictures hoping it will get others to post as well. I dont feel my projects are anything special, just of interest to myself and a few others.
*Hey Stan, you are definately not wearing out your welcome. I know that I for one do not have the equipment yet to post pics or I would (tools always seem to be on my list of things to buy next). I enjoy the pics you and others have posted and hope you will continue. George.
*George: Thanks, and I plan to keep posting pictures, but at a slower rate from now on. I like looking at other peoples projects as I can appreciate the work that they have put into it.
*Keep the pics coming, Stan. Awesome work ....truly is "Fine Homebuilding". Ditto Brian G's comments. Been working with precast concrete the past year or so ......... miss wood. Might I ask what you used for a finish?
*Jcallahan: Thanks: I am not much into finishing, but on stained wood, I typically use a coat of sanding sealer, followed by two coats of semi-gloss varnish.
*Keep posting Stan . I like too see bent wood that didn't come from the lumber yard that way.
*don't you dare slow downI need someone to keep up with.Brian, thanks for the compliment. I'm honoured to be included with such high quality craftsmen and photoposters
