I’m looking for a laborer to help me frame a house near Boulder, Colorado starting in mid January. Anyone interested should know that it is a mountain job so plan on inclement weather. Experience and tools aren’t important to me, attitude and tardiness are. The pay will be $12/ hr. on the books. Anyone interested can reach me via e-mail at yukookano @hotmail.com. I will be leaving town on the 28th and returning on the 3rd so if you you respond during that timeframe I won’t get right back to you.

Frank. got it all, paid for it all and I'll run my 1 ton up there and help ya but the price is 35.00 cash, 70.00 on W2 and 95.00 on a 1099. The question now is what kind of work is the customer expecting.
O.K. I know you are looking for a laborer.. Best of luck with your job. Merry Christmas..
Sounds like an interesting project. Lets Review:
12$ hour guy x 4000 hours of struggling & learn on the go= 48,000$
Plus 2x material cost to replace "this one's too short"=
OR
A FAIR WAGE for a COMPETENT PROFESSIONAL = cost effective, job success!
Good luck!
