Lanai sand from pavers tracked inside

My sis in Florida has a lanai. Pavers on (most likely) sand bed, with sand between the pavers. Builder installed lanai with pavers, 3 year old construction.
Sand gets out from between the pavers. Which then gets tracked into the house. Sweeping just raises more sand out from between the pavers.
I half jokingly suggested vacuuming out all the sand and then grouting between the pavers using a pastry bag and small tip. Is this doable?
Any other ideas, short of ripping out the pavers to install a slab with cemented pavers, tile or slate?

You may want to try using this stuff. http://www.groundtradesxchange.com/pavers/polymeric_sand.htm
Just used the Polymeric on my new patio- 700 sf. That stuff is the cat's pajamas so far. Sets up like concrete. Got mine in 50 pound bags from the paver supplier. 1 bag covers 80-100 sf. Sweep in, moisten with a hose- sets up like concrete.
This is the stuff:

About 25 clams a bag.
Still gonna get sand, its Florida.
Maybe. No one goes out into the small backyard from the lanai. If the sand source is airborne from outside the lanai and somehow blows in through the screen..... that will be easier to sweep if the paver sand is sealed/glued.

get some portland cement mix withe sand, sweep into the holes, once the portland gets damp, it will hold the sand particles. its proberly you pavers are too loose letting the sand out.
