” A landlord was arrested and charged after he crashed his Hummer into a tenant’s home because they were behind on their rent, New Castle County police said.

Richard Ott, 30, of Newark, Del., was upset because the tenants were allegedly behind on their rent so he chose to crash his car into the residence, police said.”
