Hello
I am trying to get some user feedback on the mindboggling array of laser levels available. I plan on buying one for framing ( pony walls, plumbing walls, deckframing) and interior work ( cabinets, tile) any reccomendations?

If those links don't work, just go to http://www.jlconline.com, enter the research area and go to tools and equipment/transits and levels. Most of the articles require a fee, but the two above are free.

Think about if you want lines or dots...I use a Gizmo III, toyish as far as laser go, but for setting doors, windows, cabinets level 'n plumb, it works fine. It generates lines and you've gotta have the special glasses in not even so bright sunlight. Don't pay retail, got mine w/ a pole for 1/2 price on ebay, I'm sure there's other places too...lasers are the ticket!
