   Looks pretty spiffy on their website bit I think you are going to have to be the first and give the rest of us a review, in fact I'll post a six pack for whoever posts the first review.

   I'm just starting a foundation so I won't have an excuse to buy one for a couple of months. I won't setup my chop until the roof is on...cheers ..............Rik............

   Yeah,

   I really like the idea of being able to add the laser to a saw.

   Guess I will buy one and stick it on my Dad's radial arm. It will get a lot better "trial" on his than on mine.

   But I was hoping that someone had something to say about it.

   If you have a sliding miter saw then there is no need for a laser guide. I haven't used a laser but the slider is easy to line up by sliding the blade so the tooth is on the edge of your mark. With a non-slider you have to make the mark where the tooth is in a specific place depending on the thickness of the stock. For compound miters I usually know the angle before and only need the tooth to line up on the mark. Still, the piece is often cut a hair long often to adjust the angle for perfect. I don't see how a laser can help that. Don't waste your money.
