OK i want this to be my last miter saw,it will be saw number 9 

i use an 8 1/2″ scm 99percent of the time the fence is getting wore out and the blades are getting harder to find

i make alot of cuts hardwood soft wood

I have wore out 12″ saws 10″ saws

just looking for recomendations 

list of wore out saws 

2 ls 1013 makita 

1 ls 1011 makita was the greatest saw 

1 12′ non slider  dewalt this one still works ok

1 81/2″scms dewalt still in use but shes dying 

1 delta

1 used rockwell 

1 makita 10′ non compund non slider 

even if i get 10 years out of a saw i would be happy 

i am thinking of the festool but it seems to have way to many fancy gadgets on it .and when i tried one i had to use a sub fence for cutting returns it was a pain ,but i want one i can carry easily everyday
